About this video

This video assumes you are already logged into the Sketchanet editor. If you don't know how to do this, you can find out how here

If you need help on how to insert a gallery, please follow this tutorial How to insert a gallery.

Adding captions is easy.  Click into the gallery to edit it, if you have already set one up.  If you're already in the middle of inserting a gallery, adding captions is done in the same way.  In the edit gallery dialogue box, hit the gallery setup tab and edit an existing or create a new gallery setup.  At the bottom of the list of options is the opportunity to add cations to your images in three positions, Below the image, Overlaying the bottom of the image and Overlaying the center of the image.  Select the desired setting in the dropdown and don't forget to save your changes.

To write the actual caption, double click on an image where a dialogue box appears for you to insert your desired wording.  Text can be styled in exactly the same way as in the rest of the editor.

Tip:  It is good practice to create dedicated text styles for your captions, should you wish to edit them later.
