About this video

This video assumes you are already logged into the Sketchanet editor. If you don't know how to do this, you can find out how here.

An anchor link is a nav, text or image link that takes the user to another section of the page rather than another page or external site (though anchor links can also be used to navigate to a section on a different page (see tutorial here).  The transition to another section is automatically animated as the page scrolls smoothly down to the relevant section.

To add an anchor link, create a link in the normal way, but when the link dialogue box opens, select the anchor tab and choose the section you'd like to link to in the drop down menu.

N.B It helps to have your sections named in an orderly fashion to avoid confusion when finding the section you'd like to link to.
